Seller recommends the use of the Colorado
Real Estate approved forms to make an offer. They are relatively simple to "fill in the blanks." Previous purchasers of
property in Colorado should recognize the format of the forms. The link below will get you the form, as it existed in April,
2006. You can google "Colorado Real Estate Commission" to check for more recent versions of the form.
Seller
is happy to discuss the terms of any offer by telephone and assist in completion of the forms. Buyers can then take the form
to a professsional (ie - attorney, if buyer chooses) prior to signing and tendering offer. Discusssion of an offer does not
equal an offer.
No valid offer is made unless the proposed Contract
to Purchase Real Estate is signed by buyer, and then it and an earnest money check (payable to Angel of Shavano Title and
Escrow) are tendered to seller.
